Feedback from past conferences and training events

Action for Inclusion held a full day consultation event on the Green Paper in Maidenhead, Berkshire on June 8th 2011. The event was publicised nationally and mainly attracted delegates from the south east, east and London regions. This submission is the summary of the many views expressed by the 86 delegates who attended the event.

The delegates were from a wide range of organisations in the post 16 sector including FE, 6th form and independent specialist providers; local authorities; YPLA; schools; voluntary organisations and parents. The evaluation of the event was extremely positive and delegates welcomed the opportunity to learn more about the government’s proposals and to discuss the issues and respond.

This document contains the feedback from the conference submitted to the Department For Education.  To see Jenny Marr's and Sarah Rusby's slide presentation please download this document.
